Our Story

Blue Lotus Kitchen grew from the natural journey of our Pink Lotus family.

When Avi, our chef manager at Pink Lotus Brunswick Heads, was ready to spread her wings and build something of her own, it felt only right to support her dream. Blue Lotus Kitchen was created as a new home for bold, approachable food made with care, local produce and a little creativity.

Our menu brings together the comfort of a great burger with flavours inspired by the place we call home. We use locally raised meats, fresh ingredients and Australian native flavours such as lemon myrtle, pepperberry, Davidson plum and wattleseed to create something familiar, with a Blue Lotus twist.

We want Blue Lotus to be a relaxed local spot: somewhere to bring the family, meet friends after the beach, grab a quick bite, or simply enjoy a really good burger.
